Most of the dogs who adopted us were missing a limb or had been abused. We always let them lounge on a sofa or chair and slept with us. At one point we had nine furry family members and it was the happiest time of our lives. One by one they are crossing the Rainbow Bridge and we now have 3 – aged 13, 14 and 17. If they are happy, we are happy. Friends are visitors. These 3 babes live here all the time.

This is the first thing that made me smile today. The comments on most cartoons are filled with politics and fear. So glad to find a bit of respite. Thank you, Mr. Parisi, more than you’ll ever know.

It is with the work of the political cartoonists that I’m finding the real, truthful news. Thank you for your work and skill.

Happily sharing a home with Spike 13 yrs of age, Javert 12 years of age, and Lou 15 years of age. They’ve shared this home their whole lives, adopted as babes. Muffin, Max, Toolie, Chance, Babe, and Lucky are waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge.

Cartoonists continue to add insight and happiness to our days. I remember lying on the floor, with my sister, with the cartoon section of the newspaper, going panel by panel every Sunday morning. Ah, memories of such good times. Thanks to all cartoon artists.

OK, so the mice on the right could easily reach the cheese, but they’d prefer to not more forward and discuss then investigate why the other mice still exist then blame each other while deciding who is really in charge.

They were trapped on the fence, waiting, waiting, waiting for someone to release them so they could spend their last days with friends and family. Just like us. That release is their freedom.
