An Achilles’ heel, on one’s face. So small, and yet it will ultimately result in the one’s demise. And I’m perfectly fine with how slow it’s moving. It lets me digest each and every strip so that I’m ready for the next when it comes. It’s like reading a book: you do it one sentence at a time, and in our case, you read into it one panel at a time.

Somehow, somewhere, she lost her composure and is going nuts now. The last time she went topside, she acted in complete control and looked totally shell-shocked when she killed a TS. Now she is in the opposite, totally insane and kills TSs without the least regard. I suspect that Petey has something to do with this her transformation.

If she sought revenge against all TSs, then why was she so shaken at the two that she already shot before? She did it without hesitation, yet she seemed in a state of shock over the matter.
The TSs, as ironic as it is, have been dehumanized in our eyes, so we find it hard to feel any sympathy with them, even though they, too, are human with thoughts and feelings, and such thoughts and feelings are brainwashed into the society-deemed-correct view. Tragic, really.

However, if Flask became a mutant, why would the gun continue to respond to her, as it may realize that she is now a mutant, and the guns have displayed the same zeal about destroying mutants that the TSs’ have?No mercy is Flask’s policy. No homing pigeons are allowed.

It just occurred to me…Didn’t Flask say “there’s our ride as planned,”?
I believe she did. She knew it was coming. Hmmm…..

I don’t know. I think Wally put it on stun, especially in light of his talk with Petey about how to do so. Also, on December 10, 2010 (mark me on this, I checked, but I may have mixed up the date), when Flask shoots a TS, you actually see his suit fall to pieces, the eye piece flying off in a different direction. On March 4, 2011, it was different, at a different range, yet when Allie shot the TS, you could still see pieces of his disintegrated self flying backwards. The rest of his body did remain intact, but I think that his suit actually broke.

I highly doubt that TSs’ may care about compadres when it comes to dealing with the mutants. I could be wrong, but it seems in character for them to not care.

To the person that commented yesterday that Wally ought to have frizzed tail because that’s what happens when he’s excited, look now! It’s a full-on feather duster, complete with angry cat attachment. Not a good combination.

Eat it, Linda! Does foot taste good? Or how about the feeling of dignity slowly trickling away? I’m having so much fun right now.
And now we see the roles reversed, with Wally as the one who is helping the suffering(if it can be called helping), whether or not he actually killed Linda.
