   Tracy’s passport has the date he left Mexico. MP3s, AVI… have metadata, most of which includes creation date. Videotapes usually have creation date on them. If he wasn’t even in the country (according to the US Government), when the tape was made, the Mayor would look bad.

   Wonder if they will mention how a private industrialist gets fissionable material (especially without giving a “why”)to refuel the thing – “only” had a 5 year nuc fuel originally. Probably not…
