For me “Misery” is his scariest novel/movie, I still jump at the thought of one particular scene. For most disturbing (meaning I couldn’t sleep after) I’d have to say “Jacob’s Ladder”.
All the rest of his books is still pretty scary, both “Christine” and “Cujo” definitely got to me. The shining was also scary, but it was the tension that kept me on the edge of my seat.
