Nice, spin but not accurate. When Clinton reset the tax rate and trimmed the Federal Government, there was more revenue brought in.
GW’s and dt’s wealth tax cuts did decreased revenue. Plus, during their terms, the IRS was told “not go after the rich”. Oh, and GW’s tax refunds of over $3 billion a year for the oil companies aren’t helping.
