As a right-winger I know EXACTLY what the difference is. A nursing facility is where my mother was placed after she could no longer care for herself due to Alzheimer’s and other health issues for which I was not professionally equipped to handle. An assisted living facility is is where several of my older church friends live, completely independent, with meals supplied and activities offered. Get a clue.
Excellent observation. Even at my age, I have several different interests, boring as they may seem to others. As an unpublished writer, I also enjoy reading (enjoyment or research), live theatre and music, car shows, flea markets, and a bunch of other stuff. Nelly had the right question. Tiff and Bets aren’t nearly as smart as they want Luann to think. Luann is far more perceptive than the other two give her credit for.
Actually I can do more with my short hair than you might think. Not to mention I can wear big, funky earrings that people can actually see without pulling my hair back. ;-)
