   Is “fish” supposed to stand for “five” or is “fish” just unrelated to the joke, therefore, surreal? I don’t get it.

   Totally didn’t get this either. Does not at all look like the possum that lives in our back yard. I thought it was a rat. Comments are way funnier than the cartoon.

   The bulbous nose is baby Jesus in a sling in front of Mary. The big eye is Mary’s face looking down. The big white triangle is the side of the manger. I think the artwork is quite beautiful and I had to study it to understand it.
