So, he’s Terry Beatty? Is Kato’s first name Gary, by any chance?

So Tracy had already met Walker. Interesting.

A man named Forsythe is playing a man named Jones. Forsythe playing Jones. Forsythe p. Jones. Is by any chance an Archie reference?

So far this hypnosis is a new device to recap some of the strip’s past.

Vitamin debuted in the Captain Video Show? That’s a retcon. In his first appearance in the strip, during the Flattop sequence (a few years before CV aired) he was already a well-established thespian (not to mention middle aged).

I love the reintroduction of old characters as the next man (providing the next man is a Dick Tracy fan, of course), but Nellie Wheaton is older than Sparkle Plenty. She was already a teenager (1943) before Sparkle was even born (1947), for cryin’out loud.

I recognize Happy Hooligan (the guy with the bean can on his head). Ignatz the Mouse is on the roof.

That Rufus! He’s an animal! :-)
