   It would be funny if it wasn’t the truth. Steve forgot to mention to check everyone’s phone records, Facebook accounts, and files on the Cloud. I think that is why they targeted Apple. The company wasn’t following in line with Microsoft and others moving to total Cloud base services, which means total access to the people’s private stuff. The uniformed or under-informed don’t understand the impact of this and plans to control our lives (remote sensing in homes under guise of the hoax Global Warming, etc.) through Government controlled healthcare controlled by the IRS. Fear the IRS now, wait a couple of years. However all this is not lost, if we as Americans wake-up and tell the President, Legislative (aka Congress), and Judicial branches that they work for us.

   You are right it could be considered unwelcome contact precieved in a sexual manner and that doesn’t have to be work related to be a violation. The easier issue is inappropriate behavior in the workplace. Right now it is an isolated incident and according to EEOC “the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious.” http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/sexual_harassment.cfm

   I think her looks causes him to be premature :^) He should have (stupidly) asked if he understood her right and got her to repeat the past issues as well as admitting to taking and tampering with his property. Of course, he has to be careful and not incriminate himself with coercion thus should back peddle and tell her he no longer wants her to resign as he wants to file claims of wrongful termination and employee harassment and unlawful detainment and alteration to employee owned property. Corporate would settle and she would be fired if they don’t decide to sue her to recoup the loss.

   Cute, but I have not seen a Dane with dexterity or desire to get on anything but a comfy lap, couch, or bed. Heck my Danes would not step over a small fence. Tried to get one to climb onto the big playground set that had steps like in a house, she wasn’t about to partake in the activities. At about 110lbs, she just wanted to be a lap dog.

   Aren’t we suppose to be open minded and embrace perversion such as seeing underage girls in various states of undress and promote teen sex and pregnancy. You are touting moral values, that is blasphemy in this day and age. That antiquated non-liberal thinking serves no purpose but to make others feel guilty of their lustful desires for naked cartoon characters. Have you no shame? Just teasing about the shame part, I wholeheartedly agree we don’t need to go above G rated.
