I must respectfully disagree. I think everyone lives in their own reality, which may change and evolve over time, but of which portions are congruent with the reality of others. If there is too little congruence, we consider such a person insane. But the congruence is never complete, even between identical twins.
Many places have dropoff locations for expired/no longer needed medications, usually the local fire or police departments. I’ve also heard that some pharmacies and medical clinics do this. These services are often listed on county government websites.
I remember using a flattened box as a sled. Worked pretty well as long as it was cold enough.
