Black cat crossed their path, maybe?

Because what many people call “friends” are people who’d vanish in a heartbeat if you have a problem that needs dealing with…and subconsciously, most people know it. I had a zillion “friends” and then my mother had a stroke. Know how many were left after? One.A phone was more use than all those others.

Mine would have written “I hate it when you’re sick…no one feeds us.”

Oh, great. You reminded me. Now the “earworm” is back.

  5. over 9 years ago on Cul de Sac

Sounds like a lot more fun than the plain old slide we had when I was in grade school in the 1960s…..

In the novel “Dracula” by Bram Stoker, he’s one of the main characters and gets rid of the vampires, eventually.

Oh, yeah, let’s have Vicki vs. the Grocery Inspector!

In our family, the girls carried wood in, too. Lucy is so lazy.

  9. almost 11 years ago on For Better or For Worse

    That’s a cute costume, actually!

  10. about 11 years ago on Kit 'N' Carlyle

My cats are going to be locked in until it’s over. I’m afraid they’ll be imitating Carlyle.
