   An imaginative essay doesn’t mean it has to be fiction. It can just be a real life story told imaginatively—in other words, interestingly. Essays are usually not fiction.

   Absolutely Love LOTR AND the Hobbit Trilogy AND Harry Potter. Have read all of the books of both series and loved them all. Have seen all of the movies repeatedly, and lest you say, “Get a Life,” I am a grandmother, sharing and enjoying all of the above with my grandchildren. We all find common ground here and we love them. Books and movies with the greatest themes are great forever.

   It’s because Darth Vader wasn’t really Darth Vader yet, before he was completely transformed to the Dark Side. One has to feel for the young boy and then the young man he became and the terrible descent into darkness. That scene always makes me cry for what was lost in Darth Vader (young Anakin Skywalker’s) character.

    Apples would be a real choking hazard for babies of only a few months old. You can’t “gum” apples—you need teeth to chew up and swallow them.
