   They’re all adults, but I still think it’s creepy for Nancy to be buying explicit romances to share secretly with a teen who lives with them. It’s fine if she just lets B. read her books, but they are clearly being much more intimate than that. There is a big age/maturity gap here. It’s not horrifying, but just icky. I’d think the same if Frank were secretly inviting TJ to watch inappropriate films with him, and TJ’s an independent adult.

   Weird, this was the opposite of my experience as far as teachers. In high school, each teacher taught a specific grade/subject, so it was unlikely you’d have the same teacher twice except in the electives maybe. But we didn’t get a lot of those.

   In college, if you had a particular concentration you’d probably wind up with the same professor at least a few times particularly if you found one you really clicked with. You’d see what they were offering for the term and sign up for it.

   I don’t get why Dez is so eager to have Tiffany join their quad. Stef is a party girl who has tons of friends, so they’re not likely to be desperate for a fourth person. And I wouldn’t be surprised if the mystery third roommate is a friend of Stef’s and Dez & Tiffany will be stuck sharing with each other.

   I came here to see if anyone noticed that! I don’t mind if the pandemic is totally ignored, but seeing one person only wearing a mask makes me feel all cringey!

   Exactly. Gunther’s mom could be under 40, and it hardly matters how old Mr Grey is. They probably could have kids if they want.

   I thought they were going to foster a child, but then it occurred to me that Gunther’s mom could be 39 if she had him when she was 20. She could absolutely have a couple more kids. Hoping the story line will go, “And if we do well with the cat, we’re going to make a baby!@

   Yesterday’s strip made me realize that Gunther’s mom may well be young enough to have more kids. If she had Gunther early in life, say age 20 (not even a teen mom) she’d be 39 now. She doesn’t come across as that young, and of course she married someone older, but no reason this can’t be an intro to adding a baby later. That would ave a pretty interesting addition!

   I will say, that in that case it’s weird that she says that she is allergic to burgers and ice cream. A vegan wouldn’t eat those things in the first place.

    No. They also don’t eat eggs. Anything that comes from an animal at all.
