He has dressed as a literary character every Halloween for years. It’s tradition.

I recently had a group of 6-8 cyclists start to cut through a construction area where I was doing inspections. I politely pointed them toward the proper path and asked them to follow the large orange “DETOUR” signs. The look some of them gave me practically screamed – “This mere pedestrian is trying to tell us where we can ride? The nerve of him.”

I think the last time the ghost appeared he was also singing songs from the 70s, despite hippies usually being associated with the 60s.

There was an episode of the TV series “Angel” in which the title character was receiving supernatural pleas for help from a possessed child. It turned out that the calls for help were coming from the demon, who was trapped in the sociopathic child’s body. “I won’t let you take that boy’s soul.” “What soul?”

I received an Executive Producer credit on an independent short horror film for giving them money. This was back before crowdfunding sites existed, but it was the same concept. Contribute a certain amount and receive a copy of what’s being created plus something as a bonus.

The problem is that you’re looking at a mass market retailer instead of a specialty retailer. Just in the board game and card game field, there are literally thousands of new games released every year, but you aren’t going to see them at Walmart or Target (although Target does a little better with their board game selection). To see what’s out there you need to go to an actual game store.

For those who are wondering, this is a Halloween comic and Satchel is working on a costume inspired by the Goya painting “Saturn Devouring His Son”.
