   My brother and his high school crush split when he went to college. She got married, had a child and got divorced. The met again at my mother’s funeral, picked up again and were married the rest of his life.

   I lived there in the 90s. It was a small town then and the street layout sort of followed the bayou. Last time I looked, Lafayette had grown a lot and I can see why there might be traffic problems.
