Oh dear. Look out Canada, Australia and New Zealand! Gonna be another immigration rush like 8 years ago. To be fair, American refugees bring a lot of money into our little country, and we don’t (usually) have to give them as much support as refugees from poorer and non-english speaking countries to help them assimilate…
And isn’t the world just full of indigenous occupants that are not enamoured of that philosophy! (Hmm, clearly the site’s spell checker does not like English spelling: it wants “enamored”, but us Kiwis can’t be doing with that.)
