Reading both Scott and Eric’s cartoons, it is pretty clear that the two do not agree on Trump. For years (decades?) now, Eric has been ghosting this strip, which I think is part of how this strip lost so much of its former luster.

That said, it appears that, regardless of what Eric feels, Scott is having some serious buyer’s remorse, and is now reining in on Eric and the strip that still bears his name.

Last, and certainly least: Since conservative media have become „state media“, is Elon offering Scott a buyout?

    Good grief everybody.

Soil is all that matters here.

The Donald was born on American soil.

    That’s the 14th amendment.

Oh. I forgot. The Donald is trying to repeal the 14th amendment.

    I stand corrected.

In other words, because good as Kamala was, she wasn’t good enough for some folks, so we let the worst of all possible candidates back into the White House.

And yes, to most academics and historians, Donald Trump was the WORST president ever.

And that was before this nightmare was unleashed.

humanist – …he shouldn’t have hidden his plans before the election.

Good grief – that’s exactly HOW he won the election!

This so-called “landslide” was such a squeaker – and his position on Gaza alone would have been enough to put Kamala over the top.

Remember, one of the biggest defectors from the Democratic Party last go around was on the issue of Gaza. And we warned them – Biden was pretty bad, and Kamala refused to separate herself from him on the issue – but at the end of the day:

Protest votes to attempt to steer the Democratic Party only allowed Trump to get back in.

The tag at the beginning of my comment did indeed say molon labe, so he got that right.

But you are right, too, in that the responses from any of the alleged conservative commentators in this sandbox are pretty much indistinguishable from each other.

As in, that really does appear to be ALL THEY GOT.

“Ha Ha! When the canadians and libs are p’d-off, you know Trump is doing things right!”

My comment: This is the problem. The rightists have only one interest, and that is in “owning the libs.” Not governing. Not caring for people, let alone people less fortunate than themselves.

And since they love to call anyone who has doubts about 45-47’s governing skills, let alone intentions, they love to call us “leftists,“ “radicals,” “socialists,” “communists,” “Marxists,” and a host of other things not suitable to print, maybe it’s time to call them what they are:

    Fascists.

One: Too many “Unnamed Readers” on this page.

Two: Politics in this country have gone over the cliff if you think that extreme far-right Eric Allee is a “lefty”!

I’ll hazard a few guesses why.

One is, comments were turned off at all the designated political cartoons, pretty much chasing everyone out of their sandboxes, whether they agreed or not with the ’toons.

Another is, once upon a time, Prickly City was a more “fair and balanced” comic strip, right-leaning, of course, but not saying that left-leaning positions were totally without merit.

In an almost ghostly way, this week’s PC has been a return to the golden days of PC yore.

Whether it’s Scott (Eric?) having a bad case of buyer’s remorse, or whatever, believe it or not, this week’s PC has been downright refreshing to see.
