   I read the panel as indicating Sparkle’s in the process of sitting down and has just lowered herself onto the couch. And that the artist wanted to position her in a slightly different posture than Junior, who is leaning forward to indicate that he is interested in the upcoming conversation and paying attention.

   Or perhaps that he likes to watch the way Mysta walks across the room.
