   The one prerequisite for changing is knowing you have a problem. Tiff is one the first step of a BIG change. Go for it!

   You’re right. They did a good job. Temperas on tag is time consuming. Been there, done that. Party store is the way to go. Cheaper. They know more countries than Tiff, any day.

   After school programs need staffing. High School Students are cheep and can be wonderfully mature. Kids respond to them well. A licensed day care would need 12 to 1 ratio. 24 to one is a bit skimpy.

   Hey Rick, if blond is the recessive gene you can get blond hair if both your parents carry that gene. Both my parents have brown eyes. I have blue. I look exactly like my dad so there was no milk man involved. By the way both my grandmothers were blond hair blue eyed tall women. Me too. Except I am 1 inch shorter. Being 5 foot 10 in 1920 was exceptionally tall. They both suffered. Mostly from the other women because they were a head taller.
