   If you mean “will be remembered in 300 years, like J.S. Bach is today”, I doubt any of this will be remembered. None of the rappers, none of the pop bands, none of the country music singers, few if any of the legends of Rock ‘n’ Roll.

   Ditto for the comic book superheroes and science fiction franchises. Ditto for popular authors like Stephen King, Michael Crichton, and Tom Clancy.
