   Dealt with an HOA in one place we lived. They told me I had to give them copies of my Door Keys so they could inspect my place. I forgot to give them the Keys. I was confronted by the Head of the HOA one day and she told me I needed to give them the Keys. I explained they had no right to enter my Domicile.She stated they needed to be able to enter to do “Safety Inspections”. I explained they didn’t need to do those because these were owned units not rented. She then told me she could have the Maintenance Guys just drill out the Locks so she could enter and do her inspections. She didn’t like it when I told her any one entering a persons Property in that manner would probably be shot.It took a bit of back and forth but she finally realized that South Florida is not New York.

   I have yet to see any sect of the Christian Faith that doesn’t want to be in charge. I honestly don’t believe there has ever been one that doesn’t feel that way.

   On my third Career and loving life. Started out doing Security for the Government. A lot of excitement but it got to be too painful.

   Then I did 24 Years as an Oncology C.N.A. That was a lot of fun because I was helping People who really needed help, but it was a tough job emotionally.

   Now I’m the Assistant Manager in a Hardware Store and loving life. I’m training to become a Manager, going to School for my S.B.A. Degree, taking classes on Leadership. My People have become almost a Family to me and they know it.

   Translated, I’m having a Blast.

   I’m the Assistant Manager in a Hardware Store. I deal with Engineers and would be Engineers on a daily basis. (My Father is an old School self taught Electronics Engineer.) One thing that is not taught to the new ones is Common Sense. Things like wiring up a Light or plumbing a Sink is beyond them. I give them free lessons on what needs to be done and have them come back to thank me.They often ask me how I know about these things and I tell them I’m a Practical Engineer.
