   There is a company called Easeus that makes software that they say will unlock iPhones and Android phones. It appears to be two separate programs. I haven’t used either one, but I have used some of their other utility programs. I don’t know how well they work, but it might be worth a try. Search for Easeus phone unlocker. Scroll down until you see results actually from Easeus.

   It’s easier than on a computer. In quick settings on android and ipad os you can lock the screen rotation, then just rotate the tablet and the screen doesn’t rotate.

    What @wintercollie said, except you can probably find the information online if your county is modern enough. In our county, most of that is on the property appraiser’s site.
