   No, there was no push to get the books banned. The Seuss Estate voluntarily withdrew some of the books because they could be considered racist. Whether that was the right decision or not, I don’t know, but it was the family’s decision, not the P.C. police.

   Again, it seems to only happen on my work computer. Now we have very strong anti-virus protection on our computers because of what we do, but I don’t think we have an ad blocker. I do have an ad blocker on my home computer and I wonder if that’s why I don’t get have that issue at home.

   Is anyone else having an issue where the page suddenly disappears and a rectangle pops up that says “I am not a robot”? Then it wants you to click to allow something. I don’t trust it so I just close out and come back here. It has happened to me on other sites as well.

   My ideal future tech would eliminate all of those issues. Just invent a transporter like in Star Trek. Travel time would be seconds; you could go anywhere in the world anytime you wanted to. Yes, I know it’s probably impossible, but if we’re imagining impossible things, that’s mine.

   I like to think I’m a person of at least average intelligence and I rage every day at the unbelievable stupidity. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for someone of higher intelligence like yourself, Robin.
