Well, I tend to disagree with you—a relationship should be about balance. If they truly want to stay together, she’ll compromise for him, like all the other times he’s had to compromise for her. If Nate always has to follow what Trudy says, then there will be an imbalance of power. I know they’re only in middle school, but still. C’mon.
Honestly, I have to agree with Quill – he has made a lot of good points in this argument and Luaan really needs to stop focusing on her relationship and get on with her life.
I’m sorry, but I have to side with Quill here – he was given an amazing opportunity and he and Luann were not talking, so he did what he could to further his life. Luann then came to him with tickets all booked and stuff, and though I do think that Quill should have talked with her shortly after receiving the job, it was still a little too forward for Luann to book all the stuff.
