Harley sure runs out of gas a lot. I did once & then always watched it.
I have done that but it doesn’t always work.
Yes, Harley’s had a reserve tank switch.
I came home in ’66.
I’ve pled to him to do newer Harley strips to no avail also. I don’t read any of his other strips.
We were home ported at Subic Bay, Philippines & changed ships every 6 months. I was there ’64 & ’65 with monthly trips to Tonkin Gulf (Vietnam) starting in August ’64; the first amphibious landing.
I was attached to the staff of COMPHIBGRU ONE for two years and we were always on a flagship.
