âDisrespect a working manâ. So if he wasnât employed, perhaps because he was disabled or a stay-at-home parent or in graduate school, it wouldnât be disrespectful to call him by his first name? How about a working woman? Okay or disrespectful to call her by her first name instead of âAuntâ or âMsâ?
