If you wouldn’t mind a comment from the peanut gallery, I would recommend striking the specific mention of Georgia’s Patreon in the letter — it’s not GoComics’ problem and might even be a counterclaim they might make (eg, fans have money to spend on the Patreon that they could just as well spend here). I think if you just strike that single sentence, it would only strengthen your argument.
