   BLT upgrade that my family does is substitute cucumbers for the lettuce. Much better especially when you can get fresh local cucumbers (and tomatoes of course).

   I returned it because I thought my copy was defective as there was no ending. Spoiler here: The idea Mr. Q would not worry about his cats was throwing the book across the room maddening. I tell people not to read the last book.

   Same for me on Ozempic but a year in it has gotten better. There are definitely times when nothing seems edible so then I go to crackers, cheese, applesauce. It was weird at first to go to a restaurant and only be able to eat half of my meal.

   Have you found Mounjaro easy to keep in supply? I had some problems with Ozempic but lately it has been okay. It reduced my A1C but seems to have plateaued so my Dr is thinking of changing me to Mounjaro.
