It took 20 minutes. I haven’t had a full time supervisor this last year either. You write it up yourself, make goals no that you don’t look at again. It is ridiculous, raise is 2 or 3% depending if you are doing your job or doing way more than you should. if you actually bring up problems you’re a trouble maker. One year i got yelled at for something i said 6 months previously and then told i wasn’t being cheerful. yeah well my Grandmother had died that year. Oh well!
