Ah yes, panel 3 reminds me of my school days growing up in Phoenix, Ariz. Except instead of a vulture there would be a nice, friendly gila monster or rattlesnake at the bus stop.
As one pilot remarked about this guy, taking off is generally no problem. You point the airplane down the runway, gun the engine, pull back the yoke (or stick) and the plane does what it is designed to do, which is take off. Landing is the hard part.
