Yeah, we’ve had nothing but reruns for a long time now. It worries me a little; all of my favorite web comics just seem to suddenly stop updating and never return. Gamercat has been “pawsed” for five years, and Berds and Nerds went on hiatus last year and hasn’t been updated since. I know authors have lives and have to move on to other things sometimes but I hope this isn’t the end of my daily unicorn fix.
I’m an actual adult and I wasn’t even born yet so it’s not nostalgia, I just think they made some really good music with “And I Love Her” being one of my favorites.
True about the speed but the tracks on 8-track tapes are narrower because they have to fit eight of them, where cassettes only have to fit four. Neither can touch the quality of reel to reel of course.
I don’t remember which comic she originally appeared in but the nasal spray part is from one of the books, “Phoebe and Her Unicorn in Unicorn Theatre”.
Some comic authors will simply put up a message saying that they are taking a break whenever they need to, instead of putting up old reruns and disrupting the flow of the story. I really think that is a better way of doing it. The last few months have been so confusing.
Is spelling no longer a subject these days? We used to have spelling books and lists of new words we would have to memorize each day (because English spelling is awful and makes absolutely no sense).
