The lizards are quite isolationist and exclusive kind of people.
The funny thing about this is that this ‘Lizard’ mutant species doesn’t actually exist.
We know this because colony eggs produce species other then lizards, unless there are some non-lizard species being kept as breeder-slaves somewhere.

We already know his cat claws can harm reptile hide (RIP Allie), I think Phil is in for more then he’s bargained for. Few things in nature are more dangerous then an agitated feline backed into a corner.
