What a stupid cartoon! The Greeks got into the Euro-zone by deliberately lying about their finances way back in 2000. Now the bubble has burst and they are broke because they allowed oligarchs to evade taxes. Their political leader, voted into power by cleverly exploiting populism, comes calling for help – and making demands for being rescued (a second time). Germany has paid for Greek mistakes – only to be ostracized! WTF?
But…Hitler spoke German very well – since “Raufbold” is masculine, it must read “Geh weg, du billiger kleiner Raufbold.” And he liked to roll the R as well ;-)
That’s because there are legions of underpaid cartoonists doing this particular strip…
