I like it that JJ covers all aspects of their life. From the intimate, to the ordinary and the comical. Jimmy knows the elements of married life.

People say when I tell them I miss my Prince cat that it was “just a cat”. I am sad yet when I look out on the deck and he isn’t laying in the sun.

Man! I’m so sorry for your loss. The cat as my avatar was put down about 2 months ago. Grieving still…

May as well go out in style.

Although I am not a golfer, golf is one of the few sports I watch on TV. I like it because the competitor is on his/her own and only gets in prizes what they are capable of. Also pro golfers tend to be humble and gentlemanly in their manner. Not a bunch of grand standing narcissistic cry babies who play a child’s sport for hundreds of millions of dollars. Team sports at the college and H.S. level are OK but the pros frankly bore me. Tennis also interests me. As in golf the player is on their own and will be rewarded entirely on their talent and ability.

Love the detail where Janis has dirt on her knees; very real! Also I have a two-wheel dolly to shlep the heavy pots around. Janis is so much like my wife I almost think Jimmy has met her.

My Prince cat used to do that very thing when we returned from vacation. Had a neighbor feed him, water and change litter for us. Had to put Princey Boy down a while back. I miss him still…

Singin’ in the rain is for the produce mister as a warning that it is about to spray the produce.
