“If you can’t do the little things right, you will never do the big things right. And, if by chance you have a miserable day, you will come home to a bed that is made—that you made—and a made bed gives you encouragement that tomorrow will be better. If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.” – Admiral William McCraven, Univ of Texas commencement 2014
Found this interesting and rather humorous: http en wikipedia org /wiki/List_of_demonyms_for_US_states_and_territories. Includes Michigander and Michigoose.
It wasn’t Boomers that did all that. It was their parents, the Greatest Generation that led the post-war economic growth when Boomers were children. Eisenhower’s Interstate Highway System was started and mostly complete before most Boomers were old enough to drive. When NASA put a man on the moon in 1969, the oldest Boomers were 23, and the space race started more than 10 years earlier. Give credit where its due. BTW, I’m a Boomer (1951)…
It Trump loses in 2024, you know he’ll claim election was rigged. And then it’ll be Trump 2028 were his age and dementia still won’t be an issue for MAGA morons.
