@JanCinLV Going through garbage is not theft. It’s been established more than once in our court systems that once garbage is placed on the curb, it’s in a public place and therefore not protected property. No distinction has been made, so far as I can find, to cover recycling bins.
There’s no such thing as a fast lane, period. The speed limit is exactly the same for all lanes. Having said that, it is expected that slower drivers keep to the right, but if I’m doing the speed limit in the left lane and you’re doing 90, guess who gets the ticket? (Hint: not me)
