I charge everything I possibly can. I’m a financially responsible adult who is perfectly capable of making a budget and sticking to it. I have never paid a dime in interest on my credit cards in 20 years since I became a responsible adult. It’s not a matter of me buying something I can’t afford when I charge something, it’s all about getting various rewards just for using the card which costs me nothing and I don’t have to carry around gobs of cash.
Technically speaking, James Naismith was a Canadian citizen when he invented basketball in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1891. He later became a US citizen (possibly dual citizenship, I’m not sure on that) in 1925. So, it’s not inaccurate to call it a Canadian invention.
Merry Christmas everyone!
