   He took credit for the insulin cap even though he barely did anything. He put a VOLUNTARY cap on insulin which resulted in covering a few, but definitely not most. Biden is responsible for a “MANDATORY” cap on the price of insulin that not only covers more people than Trump’s voluntary cap but also applies to a greater number of insulin products and stays in effect at a level of individual drug spending at which Trump’s cap disappeared.

   Trump lied and lied and lied, but low information voters aren’t going to understand that.
