A poet, cat-lover, huge fan of funnies, and work for 8 hours five days of the week in front of a computer screen testing software . . . this place is a haven for me and lightens my days when I think I might go mad being bored at work during the quiet periods where there's little to do. :p I grew up reading the Sunday comics we'd get out of the newspaper and I can recall my brother and I fighting over them every single Sunday . . . I love the fact that most of them are still here where I can peruse and enjoy at my leisure and remember those halcyon days of yore. ;)

Well, she’s doing really well, but bored out of her mind and stir crazy. We wheeled her out for some fresh air this afternoon and she was so happy to get out of there for a little while. We’ll be going back a little later. Looks like her surgery won’t be until Monday, and hopefully it won’t get bumped down further.
