   So happy to have Ed back! Still can’t figure out where that other story line was going! And to you naysayers, don’t dis what works for us Boomers! Can you honestly say that things are better now than they were in the 50s and 60s? If not, you’re not of our age. Please, practice acceptance and keep your comments to yourself.    I just made bubble and squeak. It’s so freakin’ good! Make sure you have enough oil in the pan and make sure the oil is hot enough. It’s not cooking you can leave unattended while it browns or it will burn really quickly. Also, I used garlic powder, salt and black pepper. SO good!
