   My hypothesis is (which I shall never test) that as edible parts of a pig they rank just after pig’s tails, which I have eaten, once, which was one time too many. This was in a small restaurant in a small town where there’s a huge national hardware distributor which has a “market” twice a year for their dealers to come place seasonal orders. On the three days it runs twice a year, it’s hard to get into the restaurant, and everyone seems to go there for pig’s tails.

   My sister makes it. When she’s home for a visit the whole family gets together for a big feed of it. As it happens, that most recently was 8 days ago.

   Reading comprehension 101: I said “…or if any citizen could sue a municipality for not arresting homeless people…” So private citizens will be able to sue municipalities who do NOT arrest homeless people with the goal of making the homeless problem “disappear” by hiding it.

    The difference with a school bus is that there can be no question who’s driving, unlike a private vehicle that could have multiple family members or even a friend driving it.
