Playing hockey requires a rink and and at least one cage (goal). Practicing ice skating requires a minimal amount of ice. The panels suggest that the ice is a small pond. The presentation suggests to me that the boys are just bullying Patty because they outnumber her. If Patty cleared or clean the ice so she could practice why is fair that she then lose the use of making a play area suitable for what she needed?
