   It has been mentioned before that there is a pub next to a university and the pub is called “ The Library “. Very handy when a parent phones and someone else answers the phone and says “ oh, he’s at the library. “

   Many of the hockey Teams in Canada have a home town teddy bear toss. Everyone brings a teddy bear to donate and when the home town team scores their first goal in the hockey game everyone tosses their teddy bear out onto the ice. Collected teddy bears are donated to hospitals and other children’s charities. Some of these teddy bear tosses collect several hundred bears of various sizes often including a few very, very large ones. Game is halted while they gather the bears, often bringing a half ton truck onto the ice to load.

   Many large estates in England used, and still use goats as their grounds keepers.

    I used to kneel like that on a wooden chair at the kitchen table to do my homework. Now, many years later ( after hockey, football, baseball, basketball, skiing, running, and both knee replacements…Can’t kneel at all. Oh, and but I still do yoga every day!
