   No way is that a gainer. A Gainer does not twist. It rotates backwards towards the board. Looks more like a forward 1 1/2 somersault in the layout position with a full twist.

   I think we may be right that this is some misdirection. Neal and Rod must laughing right now. However, if you know someone is doing drugs and they are not hurting anyone but themselves you’ve got to leave them alone. You’re not the drug police. However if he was a family member then yes you would confront him but since he is not even a friend then just let it alone. Whatever he’s doing with Molly is none of their business. They have no proof that he is taking Molly other than they heard him say the word. They’re jumping to as many conclusions and assumptions as we the readers.

   Maybe the reason he is hit or miss is because on the nights he is a miss, Molly did not get him up for the game. And on the nights he is a hit, Molly was able to get him to perform at his best.

   I thought practice was at 6 am. P1 shows “after practice” so it must be around 8 am. So Goofball skips classes? And Lucy is ready to conk out? Ok, she is an alcoholic or cancer patient doing chemotherapy or some other disease keeping her lethargic. So Goofball is so caring he raves all night and does not come home all night to see how mom is doing? Ok so she not sick or he could care less. Wow so many forks in this story don’t know what is going to happen. And who calls their mom by her first name? Step mom? Don’t know, don’t care.

   Why is everyone assuming he was at a rave.

   He could’ve been at an all night diner studying to get his grades up from to a C. Just because he went to central city doesn’t mean he was being naughty. Come on guys, he is a super clean-cut cool handsome dude. And his hairstyle is super cool. It’s the new rave now. Not sure what you call the style. Close cropped on sides and mow-hawkish on top. This Story line is so old I can’t wait to be bored to death in the next few weeks. On days like this the one redeeming quality of this strip are you commentators.

    anyone who’s ever practiced any sport at 6 am knows that it takes your brain 20 minutes or so to wake up. Additionally it takes your body 20 minutes to get ready. You need at least a half hour to stretch out and warm up before you can start practicing drills and plays. I don’t know about the rest of you guys but I did not live one block from the school. I live 3 miles from the school and have to wait for the school bus. My parents did not want to get up at 4:30 to drive me to school. Don’t forget breakfast. And having a strenuous workout soon after breakfast is not good for anyone. So the school has so much money it’s going to be able to afford two routes of schoolbuses one for the basketball team at 5 am to pick these guys up and one route for the rest of the school. This strip would be so much more fun if we didn’t have so many obvious holes in it get all of us are picking up on
