If she’s going to feel weird by looking at their photos, there is an obvious way for her her to not feel weird. It’s not Gunther’s job to spare her feelings. Wasn’t the last time they saw each other when Tiffany went storming out of Gunther’s house after that big double date blow up? Did we ever find out what happened to make them friends again?
One would assume they had more than $13 to their name prior to selling the furniture. Les has a job, after all. And Gunther is responsible, so he probably has some cash in the bank.
He pays rent and there are laws against just kicking someone out. Even if they don’t have a lease, in most states he has to receive 21-30 days notice. And Brad isn’t even the landlord, so he has no ability to ask him to leave.
She didn’t just take him to small claims if he still has to see a judge/probation. She filed criminal charges. He’s probably paying her monthly restitution. And if he doesn’t she’ll report it and he could go to jail.
It could just be a matter of life taking hold. Crystal and Tiffany were only ever bonded by High School. Since they’re both adults and don’t have any other natural attachments, perhaps they just sort of drifted apart. It happens to all of us.
