Oh, it would definitely have an impact on global warming. If you think our current levels of CO2 and other so-called greenhouse gases are bad now, just wait. It would blow everything right off the scales. For a long time.

We live close enough to Yellowstone that when it blows, we will have time to see a flash.

I am sure you are too young to remember “The Cosby Show.” Either that, or your woke self won’t acknowledge that Bill Cosby was one of the most revered people in the nation once. When Simpsons came on the air, their ratings soared when the Cosby viewers switched over to that trash. Homer Simpson is usually regarded as a parental joke, while his uppity son (voiced by a girl) is the cool one. BTW, my values are just that, MY values. You have no right to judge them.

It’s the same schtick that is used in popular TV shows. The dad (in some cases, both parents) is the loser, the clueless one, while the children are the cool, resourceful ones. It is supposed to be funny, but I find it strikes at the heart of family unity. Think of the sit-coms you watch, particularly the one with the mom with blue hair. That show knocked one of the most family-friendly shows off the air. I have never seen any reason to watch it, and I never will.
