   We live in So. Cal. but not near the fires, HOWEVER, last night the power went out! The internet was down! The DVD player could not play…no electricity! My spouse nearly died because of the lack of those issues! The outage lasted 10 minutes but you would have thought it was 10 years….LOL. Later the biggest complaint from her was that she now had to set all the clocks on the microwave and coffee makers.

   Strongly suspect she would not make it if we were to run out of electricity, water or toilet paper.BUT I still love her and hope that she will never read this.

   A quick check at previous ones, the wizard does not wear shoes. Rodney would but the shoes would rust up? Hopefully we are looking at his under the armor garments.

   Hoe they have matches to light it since modern gas stoves use an electric igniter.

   Actually I ate at that resturant and the price was so high and the portions so small, I do not believe any one left anything on their plate to put into a dumpster.

   I wish we could post cartoons. I have one with a bar built into the shower……triangular platform in one corner of the shower and with a bottle of scotch and a glass.

   In my day if there an emergency, the parent would call the school and they would have the student come to the offfice. Seemed there were a lot less emergencies in those days. I was, and IIRC, none of my friends ever had an ‘emergency’ call.
