   We made deep fried turkey twice. The second one must have had a pocket of water in it ‘cuz it boiled over. We were smart to turn the fire off before dunking it. Also $60 for all of that peanut oil is outrageous. Now we’ve been smoking our turkey. Takes quite a while but well worth it.
