I think we’re in a parallel Bloom County universe, personally. There’s no Portnoy, no Hodge-Podge, and no talking cockroach. This Bloom County’s Deathtongue/Billy and the Boingers had Binkley and Milo in the band. Although to be fair the cockroach may still be in Outland with Reynelda.
He’s also been a handicapped unionist minority farmer. And a right-wing pro-choice born-again southern elderly protectionist pacifist. And a redneck northern liberal ethnic pro-life jewish fixed income no-nukes gun nut. And a woman named Frieda.
