Never seen or heard of any cat with any issue because of meelk, whether indoor or outdoor. If it was really a big issue for any cat ot woulda been known by now. Me not see a single piece of valid evidence for the same. And the web pages that say meelk is bad for cats is either packaged dry food brands (which is actually bad for cats and all pets) or web pages that is recommending or heavily promoting such packaged poisons for pets. And don’t trusting any veterinarian who recommend such packaged dry foods garbage for pets. That is the real danger for pets. Whether it be hoomans or yours pets, real foods is the best. Stays away from processed packaged foods as much as possible.
Also, what kinda meelk is you has there? Is it fresh meelk? Do it has added preservative? Is it pure cow meelk or some other meelks is mixed? If meelk get old or spoiled then anyones can gets indigestion. It sometime happen with packaged meelks. Maybe because issues in storage and supply chains as to keeps meelk fresh for more days it has to be store in very cold temperatures.
