Me, too, but maybe she’s not much of a reader normally (just started reading this comic, so I don’t know the backstory yet). If that’s the case, then one book a week (from 0 to 55 mph, metaphorically) is actually pretty good.
If I may ask, how much did your system cost up front? And how long before it paid for itself with electric bill savings? I am considering solar panels, but trying to gather accurate date first. Thanks!
And just to confuse us all still further, I believe that what you Brits are referring to as a “cake muffin” is what Americans call “cupcakes”. They come in many exotic flavors nowadays, but started off as chocolate and vanilla. Hooray for tasty cupcakes!
Hello! If you harvest things, try harvesting the dandelion flowers for jelly (you can find recipes online—very simple; it’s apparently very popular in Amish and Mennonite country). It’s the color of winter sunshine, and tastes like honey—superb on a fresh hot-buttered biscuit!
Hello! Have you thought of using a flourless chocolate cake recipe for the brownies instead? And just add nuts or coconut (bleah!) or whatever you like in yours. And try stevia for the sweetener—if you have the Sweet Leaf brand where you are, it’s nothing but stevia and an anti-caking agent—no other stealth sugars added. Flourless chocolate cake is usually pretty chewy and yummy :-6 (best effort at a tongue licking lips).
I had to copy your avatar picture and then blow it up to see for sure—it IS Hipshot Percussion! I grew up on “Rick O’Shay”, and was in love with Hipshot … sigh …
